6 Travel Essentials

As Spring Break approaches, I couldn't resist sharing my trusty travel essentials. While I may a minimalist packer (I tend to err on the side of overpacking, despite my best intentions!), I've honed in on a selection of go-to items that consistently enhance my travel experience.

Refillable Bottles

One thing I never compromise on is the quality of my shampoo and conditioner. These refillable bottles have proven their worth time and time again. Never once leaking and providing enough product to last through a two-week trip. Plus, their sleek design and easy-to-squeeze pumps are an added bonus!

Toiletry Bag

An essential aspect of any toiletry bag is transparent compartments. (Added bonus if it's designed to hang – a lifesaver in cramped hotel bathrooms lacking sufficient counter space.) This particular bag not only maintains its shape but also accommodates all my essentials effortlessly. I even purchased one for my daughter in a delightful blush shimmer, and she adores it just as much!

Comfy sneakers

Finding a shoe that can endure miles of walking while still looking stylish enough is like striking gold. Although it initially gave me pause due to its hefty price tag, these shoes have become a staple both at home and during travels. Among my favorite styles are the Ballstar and Superstar, offering both comfort and versatility for any travel adventure.

Hat Clip

A hat is permanent item in my travel essentials. It’s perfect for looking polished with little effort. This hat clip is a savior! Clipping my hat on the bag makes airport travel a breeze. Once I get on the plane the hat goes in the overhead or under the seat.

Luggage Strap

Another airport must have for attaching my carry on. I always need a hand free and this makes it so much easier to lug around my carryon and just attach it to my suitcase. It’s especially handy on the way home when I’m hauling my travel treasures (which are almost always breakable!).

Jeans that Keep their SHape

My last travel essential has to be a stellar pair of jeans that maintain their shape throughout the journey. There's nothing more frustrating than jeans that stretch out after just a few wears. Mother jeans are my go-to choice because not only do they retain their shape, but they are oh so comfortable and effortlessly stylish.

For spring I picked up the below wide leg Maven Sneak, and my everyday classic go-to is the Hustler Ankle Fray.

I hope these recommendations will streamline your packing process for your upcoming adventures. Packing can often be a daunting task, but having the right essentials on hand can make all the difference. Remember you can’t go wrong when you prioritize comfort and versatility. Happy travels, and may your journey be filled with unforgettable moments!

Happy Travels,

Amy
