This service is for online design and decorating consulting. All recommendations are regarded to improve the look of your space and are not intended for construction purposes.
Virtual design services are best suited for individuals who want to be actively involved in the management of their project. Some knowledge of how to use a measuring tape, take photos and computer skills for communication are necessary.
Client agrees to correspond strictly through online communication except for scheduled phone calls included in packages. All communication is through email and within the Design Files platform.
Client agrees to respond and give feedback within 7 business days of receipt of concept boards. Revisions will be made based on the input from the client. We cannot guarantee our revision timeline if we do not receive your feedback within the 7-business day window.
Lei Low Interiors is not responsible for the execution of design concepts provided. Virtual design consulting is a service intended to kick start your project and provide ideas and creative material.
When appropriate, Lei Low Interiors will provide links for suggested products for your project that may connect you to a third-party vendor. LLI assumes no responsibility or liability for your purchasing experience with third party vendors and recommends you review their policies before committing to any purchase.
Lei Low Interiors is not responsible for any items you, the client, purchase based on our recommendations. We do our best to recommend high quality items. Any issues with product purchases are to be addressed with the company providing the product.
It is possible a suggested link will be an affiliate link of which Lei Low Interiors will receive a small commission. If you purchase from an affiliate link LLI will receive a small commission for your purchase. In all situations, LLI will endeavor to specify products and sources that are in the best interest of the client and their project.
Client is responsible for providing accurate measurements. Before purchasing furniture and large items we recommend that you mark off and double check proper fit before ordering. Client is responsible for checking all doorways, stairwells, elevators, and any other structural barriers to insure their product purchased will fit in the space.
All drawings and renderings provided by Lei Low Interiors are to be considered conceptual to convey the finished design and are not intended for construction purposes.
Lei Low Interiors offers up to two product re-selections in your package provided that they are requested within 7 business days after presentation. In the event an approved product becomes unavailable, a re-selection will be provided at no charge within a 7 business day period of final design concept acceptance. Any further requests or changes beyond these allowances will incur an additional charge at a hourly rate of $125.00.
There are no refunds on packages or hourly services. We do not start work on your project until your invoice is paid in full. Hourly rate services will be invoiced in 3-hour increments. We will begin working on your project when the invoice is paid in full.
Lei Low Interiors reserves the right to use any project drawings, renderings, concept boards and/or photos for promotion of design services on social media or website. Client privacy will be protected.
