The number one benefit of our Full Room virtual design is convenience, fast turnaround time and the cohesive final design plan create for you. You’ll have the confidence of knowing how your space will look and feel before buying your items. We have thought about how each item works and looks together so that you don’t have to.

In-person, full-service interior design firms charge tens of thousands of dollars for their expertise and execution. By presenting the designs on a virtual platform and you, the client, executing the design, we are able provide a huge cost savings to you. Shopping your recommended products on your own can save you money. And finally, avoiding the costly mistake of a wrong decision is priceless.

After we’ve gathered information on your project I get to work on your design. Your design package will be presented in an emailed PDF. You will also receive instructions on how to measure your space and instructions for implementing your design in a PDF emailed to you.

We ask our clients to fill out our questionnaire as thoroughly as possible to get the best idea of your likes and dislikes. We also ask that you share your photo inspiration through a Pinterest board for the space we are working on. Invite us to your project board so we can see the styles and color pallets you are drawn to. When your design is complete you can order your furniture and implement your design as your time and budget allows.

We can help! We like to start with your most important room. After your first space is completed, you can add on an additional spaces at the per room fee. We can also work on adjoining spaces together for an additional fee. *see below question for what qualifies as a room.

For open concept designs we classify “one room” as one function. Example: An open concept dining and living room would be considered two rooms. In this instance we would design the “rooms” at the same time, but the charge will be for two rooms.

Absolutely! We love when clients have some of their own items that they want to keep and incorporate. Please send us photos and measurements of the furniture you would like to use in your design.

Every design package includes two product swaps allowing you to make changes. We will offer two new selections to choose from. If you feel like you need additional selections beyond the two product swaps, we can source those items for a charge $125 per hour.

Your final Room Design PDF is complete with instructions, visuals, and shopping links and our portion is of the design is fulfilled. However, if you have additional questions, we are happy to help if we can. Please reach out via email with any questions.

At this time, we offer our virtual full room design services to customers in the US. For those outside the US we can still create your room design and you can source similar products on your own, within your area.
Our in-person consultations are limited to the Beaches area. Jacksonville Beach, Neptune Beach, Atlantic Beach and Ponte Vedra Beach. Additional travel fees apply to locations outside this area on a limited basis.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on any design packages once the invoice is paid. Please reach out if you have questions or issues with your design. We are happy to help.

At this time, we do not offer full-service interior design services. If you are in the Jacksonville area and looking for full-service design we are happy to refer you to trusted a design firm in our area.

We do not offer exact drawings and measurements for room designs. We may make suggestions for architectural details such as trims, moldings and wall treatments, wallpaper, ceiling beams and other room design features. These suggestions are concepts and ideas that you can share with the trade professional you hire who will be able to advise you on the exact dimensions and execution for your project.
