Coastal Dining Room Design
The last design for the Coquina Project is a contemporary dining room. This design includes a ton of curves. The main pieces include an oval shaped travertine table and circle back dining chairs. We also included rattan pendants and a very cool large piece of coastal art. These design elements give the space a natural and organic feel, while still maintaining a modern aesthetic.
A curved table is a great way to create a sense of flow in your dining room. It can soften the angles of a room, making it feel more inviting and comfortable.
Round back chairs are another great way to add some curves to your space. They're comfortable, stylish and provide a nice complement to the lines of a table.
Rattan pendant add texture and warmth to your dining room. They come in a variety of shapes and sizes and can be used as a single statement piece or grouped together for a dramatic effect. Because of the unusual shape we opted to group two staggered pendants for this design. We love unique shape! The natural fibers of rattan add a touch of earthiness to the room, making it feel more grounded.
We wanted the color scheme for this coastal dining room to be light and airy. Whites, creams, and soft blush work well in this space.
